Terms of Service

Welcome to Flexrest. These terms apply when you browse www.flexrest.in or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain language.

1. Who we are

Flexrest is an India-based company that designs and sells natural latex baby mattresses. You can reach us at +91 93270 07965 (phone or WhatsApp), flexrestindia@gmail.com, Monday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm IST.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud — in which case you get a full refund. You can cancel an order at no charge any time before it's dispatched; contact us and we'll take care of it.

3. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free across India. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 7 to 10 business days via Mahavir Express Courier Services. You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once dispatched. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate — we can't be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns and refunds

You can return a mattress within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong one, in which case we cover it. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the return. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Warranty

Every Flexrest mattress comes with a 1-year limited warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects in the latex core and stitching, when used and maintained as instructed. It doesn't cover normal wear, staining, comfort preference, incorrect size selection, or damage from misuse, liquid, improper cleaning or unsuitable support. For a verified covered defect we'll replace the affected component or mattress at no charge, including shipping. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy. This warranty doesn't limit your rights under Indian consumer law.

6. Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately. Our mattresses are made from natural latex sourced from a GOLS-certified supplier. Dimensions are stated in inches and may vary by a small margin. Colours may appear slightly different on screen than in person. If something on the site is wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.

7. Safe sleep

Content on our site — including any material from pediatricians or sleep specialists — is educational. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace guidance from your own doctor. Always follow current safe-sleep practices: place your baby on their back, on a firm, flat surface, with nothing loose in the cot. Use the mattress only in a cot it fits properly, with no gaps at the edges.

8. Using the site

You agree to give accurate information when ordering, and not to misuse the site — for example by interfering with how it works, attempting unauthorised access, or using it for anything unlawful.

9. Content and trademarks

Everything on this site — text, images, product designs, the Flexrest name and logo — belongs to Flexrest or its licensors. You're welcome to share links; please don't copy or reuse our content commercially without asking.

10. Our responsibility

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. Beyond that, to the extent Indian law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of India.
