Refund policy

•  30-day returns from the date of delivery
• The mattress must be unused and in its original packaging

• Return shipping is paid by the customer; original shipping is covered by Flexrest
• For defective or incorrect items, Flexrest covers all shipping
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the return.

 

Warranty

• Flexrest mattresses include a 1-year limited warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects in the latex core and stitching, when used and maintained as instructed.
• For verified covered defects, we will replace the affected component or mattress at no charge, including necessary shipping.
• The warranty excludes normal wear, staining, comfort preferences, incorrect size selection, and damage from misuse, liquid exposure, improper cleaning or unsuitable support.
• To make a claim, contact flexrestindia@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
• This warranty does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
